Clean comfortable room with comfortable beds. Nice balcony and view. Pretty Spanish style rooms and courtyard with heated pool and hot tub. Accommodating staff

The location was great with an easy walk or drive to everything we wanted to do and see. Nice amenities of pool and fitness room.

We didnÂ¿t get the room that was described which should have included a balcony. We were told it wasnÂ¿t guaranteed. Whaaat? False advertising? Reception desk not the best at giving information - didnÂ¿t know we can have continental breakfast.

Location, look and feel, parking and overall experience was fantastic. Definite signs of a successful remodel where some elements were clearly much older than other parts of the hotel, but overall really great.

The gym air conditioning not working made for a very sweaty workout in close quarters. But the gym is new and reasonably well equipped.

I would have given this 5 stars. They charged me an unknown “amenity fee” for parking, pool and breakfast. The pool was closed, there was no breakfast out when we checked out and we didn’t park there. That being said everything else was good and I could sit in their chairs forever.

Perfect hotel for a week in Los Gatos. The room was very large. The location was great too (short walk to downtown). The only disappointment was the hotel breakfast. All they had was coffee, some pastries, yogurt, bananas and apples.
